A TikTok user seems to have come up with a time saving "hack" that allows partygoers to cut and serve cake in one motion.
In a video posted to the social media site by @theroseperiod, after blowing out the birthday candles, everyone dives in with wine glasses, scooping out a perfectly portioned piece.
The video has over 1.6 million views and well over 4,000 comments. "Omg- I think you just discovered something!" "Cup + Cake = CUPCAKE," and "WHY IS THIS LOWKEY SMART".
If you want to save some time (and cut down on dirty dishes) this might be a pretty genius way to safely celebrate.
