Snohomish City Council Proposes Entering Phase 2

COVID-19 has definitely caused a lot of economic impact on people physically and personally in the last 3 months! When Govenor Inslee announced a "Stay Home, Stay Healthy" order a few months back, nobody really knew how long it would cause businesses to be closed and unable to operate.

Many small businesses have been forced to close their doors permanently in the midst of the pandemic. However, as days go by, counties in WA have begin to apply to move forward in the 4 phase layout the state level government has put out to open WA state. Currently, there are 24 counties eligible to be in Phase 2, but counties such as King, Pierce and Snohomish have been laying idle in Phase 1.

Today the city council of Snohomish county announced that they will locally propose moving Snohomish County into Phase 2.
