Listen To Flo Rida & Maluma Say 'Hola' On New Spanglish Single

Flo Rida has recruited the sizzling Maluma for his new Latin-charged single, "Hola," and it's a clear move to hop on the post-"Despacito" trend that is invading American pop airwaves.

On the three-minute dance track, the 38-year-old sings about using body language to get a little closer to his lover. No actual speaking required for this rapper. "I don't speak your language, but / Hey ma, hey mama / Don't need no translation just / Come right here / And make your body say, yeah," Flo sings on the breezy hook. Maluma appears for a couple of verses, including one in Spanish, which seems like a strategic move, especially after his revelation to release the bilingual F.A.M.E. in 2018, as per his interview with Idolator.

"My next album is going to be global and that’s what I want, that’s what I’m working for. I’m really grateful because Pretty Boy, Dirty Boy was a great album, but I think that the best is yet to come with my next album," he told the outlet. "I'm going to have the opportunity to sing in English and do Spanglish songs. So I think that’s going to be the next step."
