Authorities in New York City are searching for a suspect who reportedly slashed a mother after one of her kids got sick on a bus in Brooklyn. The 31-year-old woman was traveling with her children when one of them vomited all over the bus. The driver had to pull it out of service so it could be cleaned and disinfected.
One of the passengers was not happy about having to wait for another bus to come, so she followed the woman and slashed her across the face. The mother was taken to the hospital and treated for a laceration on her face, while the female suspect fled. Officials released a grainy photograph of the suspect from a nearby surveillance camera and have asked the public for help tracking her down.
The New York City Police Department is offering a $2,500 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
