Tiger King’s Carol Baskin may have just delivered another knock out blow to her rival Joe Exotic when a judge ordered ownership of his former Oklahoma Zoo be transferred over to her as part of a copyright infringement settlement, but now Joe's the one potentially smiling behind bars.
A Florida Sheriff has publicly stated the will of her late first husband was forged.
If you need a recap, Joe Exotic and others believe Carol murdered her husband as he was preparing to leave her in order to claim his pretty sizable fortune. Her husband essentially disappeared and was never found.
Carol was never formally charged, but on the heels of the hugely popular Netflix show, a Hillsborough County Sheriff has told the 10 Tampa Bay news they’ve confirmed the will in question is 100% forged.
Unfortunately, the statue of limitations to make any criminal charges related to it have long passed.
That said, the investigation behind the disappearance of her husband has unearthed some "great leads" so the saga may not be over.
