Another live-action film is in the works and this time Nintendo is basing the film on 'The Legend of Zelda.
Creator and game developer Shigeru Miyamoto announced on Twitter (aka X) that:
I have been working on the live-action film of The Legend of Zelda for many years now with Avi Arad-san, who has produced many mega hit films.”
He continued, “I have asked Avi-san to produce this film with me, and we have now officially started the development of the film with Nintendo itself heavily involved in the production. It will take time until its completion, but I hope you look forward to seeing it.”
Wes Ball will be directing the movie, screenwriter Derek Connolly will write it and the film will be produced by Miyamoto. There has been no confirmation on who is being considered for the cast but online is already talking about Tom Holland being Link. Who would you want to see in the live-action Zelda movie?
